Step into a world of festive enchantment as Fairytale Farm is transformed into a glittering wonderland. With twinkling lights, heartwarming stories, and magical encounters around every corner, Christmas Fairytale 2025 will be our most unforgettable celebration yet.

Running weekends from 22 November to 7 December, and daily from 8 December right through to Christmas Eve, this is your chance to make memories that will last a lifetime. Santa’s Grotto is open until 5pm, with special late-night hours until 7pm on select dates.

🌟 Travel Back to Victorian Times

This year’s Christmas Fairytale is inspired by the timeless charm of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Stroll through the cobbled streets of Victorian London, watch the story of Ebenezer Scrooge unfold, and discover new additions such as Tom’s Toy Shop – where every child receives a special Christmas gift.

Alongside these new delights, you’ll also find all your favourite traditions:

• Meeting Father Christmas in his cosy Grotto.
• Wandering through the enchanting Fairytale Castle.
• Gazing at our dazzling Christmas illuminations.

🎅 Your Christmas Journey

Every child receives a special Christmas passport to be stamped by Santa’s helpers at magical stops along the way. Your adventure begins at the Fairytale Castle and carries you across the festive world, from the South Pole to the North.

Highlights include:

• Meet the Penguins – dance, play, and visit the Toymaker’s log cabin.
• Santa’s Grotto – journey through the Secret Forest to meet Father Christmas himself in a warm, personal encounter.
• Victorian Wonderland – explore Dickensian London, collect your gift from Tom’s Toy Shop, and follow Scrooge’s transformation with the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come.
• Mother Goose & Friends – join in the merriment with favourite nursery-rhyme characters.
• Mouse Town – discover a festive twist on our beloved miniature world.

• Twelve Days of Christmas Trail – sing along, finish the lyrics, and earn your I’ve Been Elfed award.
• Fairy Dell – a sparkling play area under a canopy of fairy lights.
• Dino Dig – discover fossils in our glowing festive dig site.
• Elf Post Sorting Station – join Jolly the Elf to write your letter to Santa, learn Elf Etiquette, and earn your Trainee Elf certificate.
• Animal Encounters – meet our friendly animals and help fill their Christmas stockings!

Parents can relax with mulled wine and mince pies while enjoying our bigger, brighter light trail with brand-new displays for 2025.

🧾 Important Information

• Your ticket time is when you check in at Elf Check-In and begin your Christmas Fairytale.
• You may arrive at the farm earlier and stay as long as you like.
• We recommend arriving before 4pm to enjoy the animal area in daylight.
• The Elf Post Sorting Station closes at 6pm on late-night days.

💙 SEND Sessions

We are proud to offer Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) sessions with a calm, supportive environment:

• Fri 5 Dec – SEND Day (10am–5pm)
• Tue 9 & Wed 10 Dec – SEND Evenings (5pm–6pm)

The two evening sessions are exclusively for SEND families, with the farm closed to other visitors. On the SEND Day, although the farm is open to other visitors, the Christmas Fairytale is only open to SEND families. Buy Tickets Here…

📜 The Small Print

• All tickets include full farm entry and evening illuminations.
• Annual Pass Members receive discounts and special tickets.
• Carers are admitted free (one per disabled visitor).
• Children under 2 who wish to experience the Grotto and receive a present will need an Under 2 Christmas Fairytale Ticket. Babes in arms who are too young for the experience can enter the farm for free.
• Standard admission is available for those who don’t wish to join the Christmas Fairytale.
