Important information for parents booking a Unicorn Ride ticket.
- Minimum age 2 years.
- Maximum weight 7 stone.
- Maximum height 150cm.
- Children remain the responsibility of the parent at all times.
- Children need to dress appropriately and wear enclosed shoes.
- Children should be made aware that handling a pony is a risk. Ponies can be unpredictable so we would ask that children co-operate with our instructions when handling and riding.
- Children will be led at all times. Parents/carers can walk alongside if they wish to do so.
- After touching our animals, please wash hands in the hand wash station provided.
- Safety hats are provided.
- We are sorry but there are no refunds if your child doesn’t ride as once the slot is booked we cannot offer it to someone else.
