Easter Riddle Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Fairytale Farm, Southcombe, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire OX7 5QH.
2. The promotion
   This is a free prize draw. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Eligibility
   Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entries must be submitted by an adult.
   Employees of Fairytale Farm, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
4. How to enter
   To enter, send an email to riddle@fairytalefarm.co.uk with:
   • the correct answer to the Easter riddle
   • your full name
   • a contact email address
   Only entries received by email to that address and containing the required information will be valid.
5. Free entry / no purchase necessary
   Entry is free. You do not need to buy a ticket to Fairytale Farm or visit the attraction to take part.
6. Opening and closing dates
   The prize draw opens on the date the promotion appears on the Fairytale Farm website and closes at 11.59pm on Friday 17 April 2026. Entries received after that time will not be entered.
7. Entry limits
   Maximum one entry per household. Fairytale Farm reserves the right to disqualify bulk, automated, incomplete, altered or duplicate entries.
8. Correct entries
   Only entries with the correct riddle answer will be entered into the prize draw.
9. Winner selection
   One winner will be selected at random from all valid correct entries received by the closing date.
10. Winner notification
    The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided, no later than Sunday 19 April 2026. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the first notification email, Fairytale Farm reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining valid correct entries.
11. The prize
    The prize is one Fairytale Farm return visit ticket for one family of 2 adults and 2 children.
12. Prize conditions
    The prize:
    • is non-transferable
    • has no cash alternative
    • is subject to Fairytale Farm’s normal admission terms and any operational restrictions
    • must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of winner notification
    • does not include travel, food, drink, souvenirs or any other expenses unless expressly stated
13. Substitution
    If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Fairytale Farm’s control, Fairytale Farm reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. Publicity
    Fairytale Farm may publish the winner’s first name and county in accordance with the CAP Code. If you object to this, please say so when entering. Fairytale Farm may still need to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another regulator if required.
15. Data protection
    Personal data supplied for this prize draw will be used only for administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and awarding the prize, unless you separately choose to receive marketing. Entry into the draw does not automatically sign you up to marketing emails.
16. Liability
    Fairytale Farm accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted due to technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
17. Fair conduct
    Fairytale Farm reserves the right to disqualify entries which breach these terms or are believed to be fraudulent, misleading or submitted by improper means.
18. Cancellation / variation
    Fairytale Farm reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but will avoid doing so where possible.
19. Final decision
    Fairytale Farm’s decision on the administration of the draw is final.
20. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
