Fairytale Farm is England’s Fastest Growing Farm Attraction

Fairytale Farm has been officially confirmed as England’s fastest-growing farm attraction, according to the latest Annual Survey of Visits to Visitor Attractions published by VisitEngland.

The newly released 2024 survey shows that while visitor numbers to attractions across England saw a modest increase compared to 2023, they remain significantly below pre-pandemic levels.

But Fairytale Farm has bucked the national trend, with an impressive 165% increase in visitors between 2019 and 2024—the largest growth of any farm attraction in England.

Fairytale Farm owner Nick Laister commented:

“We are thrilled that the VisitEngland survey shows Fairytale Farm outperforming all other farm attractions in England since 2019. While many attractions are still struggling to recover post-Covid, we’ve seen phenomenal growth. I believe this is thanks to the major investments we’ve made since the pandemic—including the magical Fairy Dell, our indoor play area Rapunzel’s Kingdom, the prehistoric adventure of Dino Valley, and our brand new Alice in Wonderland-themed zone.

“But most of all, it’s down to the hard work of our friendly and dedicated team, who go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a magical day out, whatever their abilities.”

The announcement comes as Fairytale Farm launches its Fairytale Festival for the school summer holidays—promising a summer packed with interactive storytelling, animal encounters, family games, and exciting new attractions.
