Plans and Facilities

In addition to the main three zones, there will be a range of museums and educational features, along with a cafe and gift shop.

Most of the indoor facilities will be based in existing outbuildings (stables, farm shop, barn, two-storey workshops). Nick and Nicola, with the help of their 17-year-old son, Guy, have spent the last three years repairing and refurbishing the largely derelict buildings so that they can be used as part of the Fairytale Farm attraction.

There will also be a new entrance building with ticket kiosk and disabled toilets.

Planning permission was granted for Fairytale Farm in October 2009.
