Aliens to invade Fairytale Farm this weekend

Sci-Fi Weekend

Fairytale Farm is being invaded by TV's most frightening aliens on Saturday and Sunday 2nd/3rd August when the farm park holds a special Sci-Fi Weekend in aid of charity. The aim of the weekend is to raise money for Helen & Douglas House and Sue Ryder, and there will be opportunities to donate to either or both charities at various places around the farm.

Owner Nick Laister explains what visitors might find when they visit the farm this weekend: "Fairytale Farm has had a fantastic start to the summer, with our new attractions all proving very popular with visitors. So we thought we would do something completely and utterly different - if not a little crazy - and allow ourselves to be invaded by the scariest alien race in the universe and their friends. Although the creatures may be frightening, it is all in a good cause, as we are supporting two charities that are close to our hearts. And we are not going to reveal the identities of the aliens that will be visiting as that will spoil the surprise, but what I can say is that these are some of the most famous and iconic monsters you will see on your TV screens."

The Sci-Fi Weekend runs from 10am to 5pm on both Saturday and Sunday. The alien line-up will change slightly for the two days, so visit on both days to see the full line-up - if you dare! Put the date in your diary now!
